Submit Entries

ELIGIBILITY

  • Any new product or innovation that was first made available between
    January 1, 2014, and December 31, 2014, may be entered.
  • Companies may submit as many products and/or services as they would like (i.e., a wireless charging platform could be entered for the Microwave & RF Product category, as well as the Special Recognition categories of Green Technology and Market Disrupter).

  • Each submission requires a separate fee of $345 and completed application.

THE 9 THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR SUBMITTING AN ENTRY

           Entries ARE NOW BEING ACCEPTED for the 2015 awards.

  1. Select which of the 24 categories you would like to enter your product, 
        service, or innovation.
     
  2. Have your payment information ready ($345.00 per entry/category) before
        you begin the online registration process. Please note that each entry requires 
        a separate registration.
     
  3. Once you have submitted your payment information, you will receive a 
        link and instructions to upload the entry form and supporting files (see #6). 
     
  4. Download the appropriate entry form(s) for the category(ies) in which you
        are competing. There are 2 ways to access the entry forms, either download
        from the buttons below or at the conclusion of the online registration process. 
     
  5. Complete the entry form, avoiding use of marketing or promotional
        language. Because this is the document weighted most heavily by the
        judges in making their decisions, please take your time completing the
        form giving thoughtful responses.
     
  6. Upload the 4 mandatory documents in a Zip file.
        a. The completed entry form (as a Word document, no PDFs will be accepted).
        b. A high resolution JPG image of the product. (Service or Special Recognition  
            categories may not have an image, though a screen shot--if applicable--is 
            highly recommended.)
        c. A high resolution JPG image of the company logo. (Without this, we are
            unable to use it on the Award Certificates or in the ceremony’s
            Power Point Presentation.)
        d. A press release detailing the launch and/or revamp of the product or service.
     
  7. ENTRIES ARE ACCEPTED AS IS. We cannot issue refunds for products or
        services entered into the ECN IMPACT Awards that are later withdrawn,
        incomplete, or do not meet the eligibility requirements
     
  8. Deadline for Entries: Monday, January 19, 2015, 11:59 p.m.,
        Eastern Standard Time

     
  9. Information Needed for Online Applications:
       
    a. Contact Details of submitter as well as marketing contact (if relevant)
        b. Award Category
        c. Official Submitting Company Name
        d. Official Product Brand Name
