Is there a fee?
Yes, $395 per product, service and/or special recognition entry.

Who judges the products and service providers?
A Judging Panel comprised of individuals who are experts in their respective fields. To nominate a judge or submit your own name for consideration, click here.

Where does the award ceremony take place?
The winners will be announced via a virtual awards show at 12:00 noon EDT on October 13, 2016 at www.ecnmag.com. Register for the event, here.

How many entries can one company submit?
As many products as they want. However, each component can only be submitted to one product category. Products and services may also be submitted to the special recognition categories. Through our new submission portal, you can easily enter a product into additional categories with just a few clicks. Each entry requires a separate fee.

Does my product or service qualify?
In order to qualify the product or service must have first been available for purchase between January 1, 2015 and July 15, 2016.

How many categories are there?
There are 18 categories, including four special recognition and 14 product/service categories.

Can I save my application when I'm filling it out and come back to finish it?
Yes. Once you register for the submissions portal, you can edit your entry as much as necessary, until you fianlize and pay for it. Once you have paid the submission is closed for editing, but can be opened by requesting to edit via a link on your confirmation email.

How many finalists and winners were there for the 2015 ECN IMPACT Awards?
There were 137 finalists and 26 winners.

Will the finalists and winners be published?
Yes, the finalists will be published at www.ecnmag.com and at www.ecnawards.com. The finalists will also be highlighted in the September issue of ECN. The winners will be featured in the virtual awards ceremony video, on www.ecnmag.com and www.ecnawards.com, and in the October issue of ECN magazine.

Can the application be edited after submission?
To edit an application that has alerady benn finalized, you must click the link in your confirmation email that allows you to request to open your submission for editing.

Can I get a refund? No, all payments are final.

The finalists will be announced in the September issue of ECN.

What is available to me to promote our Finalist status?
For an investment of $3,950 we can produce a customized product video for you. This includes production and marketing to the ECN audience and is turnkey. There are also opportunities to advertise online, in ECN magazine, and in our Daily e-newsletter deployments. Contact your sales rep for more information.

Once the winners are announced, we will also make commemorative copies of the ECN issue listing the winners available for purchase.
