Is there a fee?
Yes, $345.00 per product, service and/or special recognition entry.
Who judges the products and service providers?
A Judging Panel comprised of individuals who are experts in their respective fields. To nominate a judge or submit your own name for consideration, click here.
Where does the award ceremony take place?
At EDS 2015, during a cocktail reception from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2015, at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas, NV.
How many entries can one company submit?
As many products as they want. However, each innovation can only be submitted to one product category. Innovations may also be submitted to the special recognition categories. Each entry requires a separate fee and application form.
Does my product or service qualify?
In order to qualify the product or service must have first been available between January 1, 2014 and December 31, 2014.
Can I save my application when I'm filling it out and come back to finish it?
The only portion that has to be completed at one time is the online registration form (which takes less than 5 minutes to complete). The remainder of the application process is a separate step (which includes the 4 mandatory documents) that can completed at your convenience and uploaded once you are ready.

Can the application be edited after submission?
Yes, up until January 19, 2015.
Can I get a refund? No, all payments are final.
